Raymond L. Skip Magaro

Republican Candidate for East Pennsboro Township Commissioner

A Lifetime of Service and Commitment to East Pennsboro Township

East Pennsboro is more than just a place to live – it’s our home. For Raymond “Skip” Magaro, that sentiment runs deep. A proud graduate of East Pennsboro High School, Skip has dedicated his life to serving our community, and he’s ready to bring his experience and passion to the role of Township Commissioner.

Skip’s commitment is evident in his long career with East Pennsboro Township, culminating in his retirement as Supervisor of Parks. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in transforming Adams-Ricci Park into the Top Park in Central PA, a testament to his dedication to creating exceptional recreational spaces for our families.

His service extends beyond our parks. As a current member of the Board for the Office of Aging, Skip understands the needs of all our residents. He also spearheaded the initiative to proudly display veterans’ signs throughout our town, a visible reminder of the sacrifices made by those who served our nation.

Skip’s dedication to our community’s heritage is unwavering. He was instrumental in securing grant funding for the Veterans Memorial on Shady Lane and has been a vocal advocate for preserving our local history, actively supporting efforts to save the historic Enola Miller House and protect the last remaining farm in East Pennsboro. Recognizing the importance of safety for our children, Skip also championed the move of Little League football to the safer environment of Adams-Ricci Park, away from the increasing traffic on Wertzville Road.

Above all, Skip Magaro is a steadfast supporter of those who keep us safe. He has always been, and will always remain, a proud and vocal advocate for our dedicated police officers and the brave firemen who selflessly serve and protect our community.

Skip Magaro has a proven track record of action and a deep love for East Pennsboro. As your Township Commissioner, he will continue to work tirelessly to enhance our community, preserve our history, and ensure a bright future for all residents. Vote Skip Magaro for Township Commissioner.

Vote Raymond L. Skip Magaro for Township Commissioner on May 20!
