Pedro Black

Republican Candidate for East Pennsboro School Board Director

Rooted in Enola, Ready to Lead Our Schools

Pedro is a proud Pennsylvania native who has called Enola home for over 13 years. He is the father of two sons—both graduates of East Pennsboro—and has been actively involved in the community through his work with the East Pennsboro Township Republican Association and the Cumberland County Republican Committee. Over the past two years, he has focused on supporting candidates who reflect the values of the community. Now, Pedro is ready to step up and serve himself.

As a candidate for School Board Director, Pedro is committed to being a strong advocate for creating a safe and peaceful learning environment for all students. He believes that children are the foundation of our future—not only here in East Pennsboro, but throughout the state, the nation, and the world.

Professionally, Pedro has worked at Penn State College of Medicine since 2013 and currently also works at Lowe’s. He previously spent five years with Home Depot. In every role, he has consistently been trusted to train and mentor new employees—guiding them into confident, capable team members who represent their organizations with pride.

Pedro is a 1997 graduate of Harrisburg High School and earned his HVAC Certificate from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2022. With more than 25 years of workforce experience, a deep commitment to family and community, and a passion for helping others grow, he is ready to represent and serve East Pennsboro with honesty, energy, and heart.

Vote Pedro L. Black for School Director on May 20!
